By completing this form, you understand and agree to the following:
All pictures taken in the booth setup can be uploaded to a web gallery, unless otherwise stated and exempt, Eboni Johnson Photography from responsibility of publishing the pictures.
All persons using the booth setup at this hereby give to Eboni Johnson Photography the right and permission to copyright and to reproduce or otherwise use any photographic portraits or pictures of any Photo Booth user who may be included in whole or in part, via any or all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or for any other purpose.
